Shipping & delivery policy
Effective date: 1 October 2026
ZikkLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital software products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and no shipping charges apply.
How our products are delivered
Our products, including InflowBooks, LogiKFlow, DueChime, SplitMyBill, AzanTimes, MazhaUndo, and ZikKit, are delivered online and used in a web browser on each product’s website. There is nothing to ship or install, although some products can be added to your device’s home screen.
Delivery timeline
Access to a paid plan or purchase is activated once your payment is confirmed. If access is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your transaction ID and we will either activate it or refund the payment in full.
Payment confirmation
After a successful payment, a confirmation is shown on screen and sent to your email address, if you have provided one.
Product availability
Our products are available online. Maintenance or issues with third-party providers may occasionally make a product unavailable for a short time.
